7 Days Uganda Mountaineering and Wildlife Safari

7 Days Uganda Mountaineering and Wildlife Safari takes you to Uganda’s savannah national parks for wildlife viewing in Lake Mburo National Park which smallest savannah national park with most of the antelope species and the only home of the Impalas in Uganda and Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s second largest national park and a home to the tree climbing lions in Ishasha sector of the park.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park are prime national parks, where Bwindi is the world’s home of mountain gorillas, and it is recorded that Bwindi Forest has half of these endangered mountain gorillas, while the rest are shared by Rwanda and Congo. Mgahinga National Park is home to both gorillas and golden monkeys. It’s also the best destination for hiking in the Virunga Mountains.

Mount Sabinyo is the oldest volcano with a summit of 3,669 meters marking an intersection of Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo borders, so while at the top, you get to be in all three 3 countries. Other activities that will be experienced include; Lion tracking and birdwatching.

Alternatively, go for a walking safari where you view wildlife on foot. Continue on your safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is the home of the tree-climbing lions.
